Pilgrims on foot
The Sanctuary offers hospitality for those who climb Mount La Verna on foot.
For those walking the trails, a dormitory with 16 beds is available, ideal for a night of simple rest immersed in the spirituality of the place.
Due to limited spaces, advance booking is required. Pilgrims must bring their own sleeping bag or sheets and lunch is packed.
For groups, the Sanctuary provides a covered area (unheated cloister) where lunch can be eaten, available upon request at the reception desk on arrival.
This hospitality is designed to offer visitors an authentic experience of prayer, reflection, and contact with the surrounding nature of the Foreste Casentinesi National Park.
