Reservatios for a guided visit and/or meetings

The guide’s visits includes a full historical-artistic explication of the Sanctuary and the hope and spiritual message of S. Francis in the Mount La Verna. The duration time is around 45-60 minutes and is a free economic offer. For non-Italian speakers groups it is possible to request a visit in; English, Spanish, French and German (depending of the availability of the friars or sisters present at the moment)

The visits and the meetings are available just in the next timetables:

• Weekdays ↝ .00 – 12.30 (end of the visit); 15.30 – 18.00
• Weekend ↝9.00 – 13.00 (end of the visit); 15.30 – 18.00

Reservations for a private celebration

The Sanctuary offers to the groups the following places for the mass celebrations:

Basilica:
Just for groups with more than 60 persons and just in the non coincident schedule of masses of the Sanctuary.

Cappella S. Lorenzo:
For groups with less than 60 persons from 7.00 to 12.15 and from 15.30 to 18.30.

Cappella delle Stimmate:
(only in the weekdays), the groups with less than 50 persons is at 7.00 – 8.00 – 17.00 – 18.00.

Cappella S. Bonaventura:
For groups with less than 15 persons from 7.00 to 12.15 and from 15.30 to 18.00.

The celebration of the Holy Mass must not be longer than 45 minutes. If the group arrives after 30 minutes late or more, the Holy Mass will not be celebrated. 

Packed lunch

The Sanctuary gives the groups an opportunity to have their lunch in an accommodated place, around the refectory of the monastery. Who wants to make a reservation please do make a request. The cloister’s capacity is maximum of 80 persons.

After you may check our timetables, if you wants to make a reservation, you must complete the following box in all parts that concern to your request. We will respond to you as soon as possible; all that you may request will be in the limits of our possibilities and the complexity to handle all the difference groups of pilgrims. Thank you.
